You know what sucks? Mosquito bites on sunburn.

So! For the last two months I have worked at Mcdonald's, and I have discovered that a fairly accurate way of measuring how impatient a customer is going to be is how many jokes they make at the beginning of the interaction. The more jokes, the more impatient. Also, the more jokes, the less understanding and more upset they are when you mess up.

Now, you would think that jokes = easy-going = understanding and patient, but this is not so. If a customer makes upbeat conversation with you, WATCH OUT!
