so, I'm pretty sure I fucked up my public speaking grade pretty badly today. crazy how I expected to get a fairly easy A in that class and now I'm doing worse in it than in Japanese. I was talking about ZBC of all thing and I hit the end of my introduction and got the worst feeling you have when you're giving a speech. you know that feeling. You stop midsentence, go blank and realize that the only sound you can hear is the rest of the speech leaving your memory. all I could do was nervously laugh for about 30 seconds before I could manage actual words. it's a belittling experience. I sputtered through my speech and ended up not even being able to finish it because the time I was given ran out. so yeah, the teacher is going to rip me apart in his critique. as much as I don't agree with it, I can see myself getting an F and this is the biggest of only 5 grades in the class. so yeah, fucked up.
