ersten tag
aka first day
I woke up took a shower and slapped on the patch... i was very fidgety for most of the morning trying not to smoke... i was good for while... afternoon one of my smoking co-inhabitants came home... had a smoke on the back patio with the door open... wasn't so bad... after the third time i left to go eat etc.... drank some beers and read a little... but there were countless times i stopped reading and searched my pocket for my smokes thinking it was time for one...
managed to NOT bum one off anyone.. and cruised home....
gott work at 8 so I'm off to bed but 1 day down.... the rest of my life to go...
