I hate it that I have to move out of my room at my dad's house because Wendy promised Paige she could have MY room earlier, though I don't know how much earlier. Could be years, maybe only this summer, either way I'm pissed. It sucks to be kicked out of your own room so your dad and step mom can accommodate your step-sister. She doesn't even give anything back to the family, and she's being rewarded by having my room given to her. She just sits on her ass all day watching stupid shows like, "Charmed," "Angel," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," and "Strong Medicine." She's here more then we are, and we do more then she does.
She only does chores if pressed and made to do them (always the simplest), while we always do ours, even though we don't live at my dad's all of the time. She even feigns headaches so she can go eat and watch t.v. She needs to get up off her fat ass and do something useful for once! And if it was a matter of space for rooms, couldn't she have moved down to Conor's old room instead of forcing me to go there, then using her old room as a hang out place, or somewhere to put friends at sleepovers? I hate this situation. And they're trying to bribe me into moving, not that I have a choice in the end, by saying, "Oh, you get to redecorate your new room." Oh, that'll make everything better, since I just LOVE to redecorate.
I love my room, even with all the Hello Kitty color base bull shit. That wasn't my choice, it was another "surprise" from Wendy and Paige. My mom says I should make my dad and Wendy pay a lot for my new room, and that I should go all out. The trouble is, I find it hard to be vindictive. Not towards Wendy and Paige, God knows they have trouble ahead of them, but towards my dad. I know he feels badly, but he, in the end, doesn't have a say because Wendy rules the roost. So guess who gets screwed over? The second rate citizens know as Michael's children.
Ending on a good note, I have finished my AP summer assignments. I guess I still technically have to highlight notes from the computer, but that's no big deal.
