Because I am THAT kind of fan

You know how happy and content I can get when Tiger Woods wins a golf tournament, so it should be no surprise that I am totally elated that he is finally making his return to the PGA this week. Knowing myself fairly well there are two things I would have NEVER thought that I would do or become: never thought I would join the military and never thought I would become a golf fan. The military was a great learning experience and I think everyone should do it, in a time of non-war. Being a golf fan? Well that's Tiger's fault/credit. I always thought of golf as an old, rich, white dude's sport until Tiger came along. He was young and kicked ass on everybody. I just loved it. Now he still wins but he doesn't deliver the same kind of beatdowns (by double-digits) that he used to. Next thing you know he will let his guard down and Buster Douglas will knock him out. Just saying.

So I guess I don't like golf as much as I just really like Tiger. I have enjoyed watching Villegas and Kim get better in Tiger's absence but to tell you the truth I have mainly been following in sports wrap up shows, not actually spending four hours of a sunny day watching them. But now, it's on. I'll be at work getting the live feed of how Tiger is doing and it will make me much happier to be at work. I can't wait!

Speaking of work. In my never-ending quest to escape being a paralegal I now have the opportunity to become my brother's art rep. Yeah, I know, it's no get rich quick path but it could be a gradual movement in the right direction - away from being a paralegal. On a side note, I remember once this girl told me she would give her left tit to be a paralegal - I mentally rolled that one over but didn't see how we could exchange one for the other. I ALWAYS think of that conversation though. Anyway, baby steps with my brother's work but lots of fun. He's truly a great artist and I am excited just to help get his work out there in a broader audience. First I will be approaching a couple of galleries in Sac, then it's on to San Francisco!

Still hunting for a good place to own a bar, but I would need capitol for that. capital? no, i think "o" in money is the same "o" in capitol. I think. Man, that's lame. All right, on that note I leave you.
