His nightvision is GREATLY INCREASED thanks to his metamorphosis. Tezakians always had pretty good night vision for hunting at night, but even with all the lights out he can see amazingly well. There is a very tiny amount of light coming from ceiling, meaning the BACKUP POWER must just barely be functioning.

The labeling is damaged, but as best as Sekani can tell they're various solutions meant to be injected, most likely to grant the "healing majicka" that this lab is named for. One of them could be the cure, but he has no way of knowing.
