I didn't eat too much today...just 1/4 apple and a rice cake total for all three meals. I'm trying really hard not to even look at tv ads for foods that used to be my favorites. I see the Pizza Hut ads and remember the smell, byut then I see all the grease on the cheese and feel like purging just because i looked at it. Is that okay?
I'm thinking of starting a green tea fast since i've seen it mentioned so many times on the communities. Does that just mean that I drink only green tea for a few days, and eat nothing? I've done that type of thing before, usually for three days or so at a time, with some exercise mixed in, but sometimes I feel really weak then. Is that okay?
