So figure this out. At home, I go near milk or ice cream (3-ish% lactose-- or even some cheeses which have less) and I'm instantly sick. Bloated, general malaise, and often worse.
I've been drinking one, occasionally two, and on one sweltering day drank three ca phe sua da-- made with sweetened condensed milk. Which is like 12%+ lactose. And I feel fine. Not just fine-- great. Energized and refreshed. And around $1.30 a pop, they go down much easier than a soy mocha, which are coming up around $5.50 at blue bottle these days. I might even like this Vietnamese coffee better. (coffee nerds - I don't mean it IS better, just I like it more. I know bb is a force to be reckoned with.)
Also, this glass has a pink kitty/bunny spoon. Can't argue with that.
