In the wake of the ferry disaster , the President in her humility says the buck stops with her, and admits that the responsibility of the accident bore on her frail shoulders. I think in no terms, she could have done anything once the ferry left the docks on that fateful trip and its really ridiculous that she said those words on television. But in her actions, she made everyone empathise with her impossible situation. I feel total admiration for her actions. She really is taking steps to save lives, by breaking up the freaking national coast guard and re-directing the resources to the most urgent areas , like search and rescue training and equipment.
