Super Mario Brothers/Duck Hunt. The first image I saw was the Duck Hunt title screen because I was pressing buttons while my dad was hooking it up to the TV xD
Actually I probably played Donkey Kong or Pac-Man in the arcades earlier than that but I didn't remember.

The NES, of course, of course.

Well, yeah, who hasn't? From things like Chuck E. Cheese to one lone machine in a Pizza Hut to huge ones at Disney World and everything in between.

Original Gameboy.

Unless we're talking about Wii Sports or Mario sports games, NEIGH said the horse.

Generally a nay, but the ability to play with others over the internet is a fun thing if done properly. But all the most memorable, fun, interesting games I've played have been offline. I'd prefer a primarily offline game with online multiplayer possibilities.
8. Do you play any Massively Multiplayer Online RPG games? (MMORPGs?)
I did, but then I realized that I hated these kinds of games. So no.
9. Do you play any virtual pet games? (Neopets, Teripets, Aftermathzone, etc.)
I did play Nintendogs for a while, and I toyed with my brother's Tamagotchi when he had one back in the day, but I'm not a huge fan of them otherwise.

Some puzzle games are okay, like Tetris, Dr. Mario, etc, but most bore me after a short while. Strategy games, as in Strategy RPGs? YES!

I'm not going to dignify that with a response.

Mario games, Megaman games, plus some action RPGs that have platform elements in them.

I think my original Gameboy got broken by my brothers so I got a new one. Other than that, the only console that has stopped working on me is my original Playstation. Everything else I still own and they all still work.
Characters/Plot
14. Do you actually care if a game has a plot or do you just play games for the gameplay?
A game with a compelling storyline is always welcome, but I can live with a game not having much in the way of story as long as it's fun. I also don't think a game needs an incredibly complex storyline for it to be a good one, simple can be better sometimes.
15. Name a few video game characters that are your favorites.
Too many individual characters to name D:
However I do like the whole casts of: Final Fantasies III, IV, V, and VI, Tales of the Abyss, Dragon Quest VIII, and Xenosaga (give or take).

Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, Suikoden, Xenogears/saga, Seiken Densetsu, SaGa, Star Ocean, Nippon Ichi games.
17. Has a video game ever made you cry?
It's not easy to admit this being a guy, but yes. The endings of Phantom Brave and Metal Gear Solid 3 come to mind.

Never, because 99% of the time the characters who are supposed to be "annoying" are my favorites. Besides that, I usually make fun of/torture any of the characters I don't like and they end up serving a purpose after all :D

It's mostly that I think certain pairings or relationships are interesting and occasionally I voice my support of them. So yes, in a way.

Not anything that gets published anywhere or anything, but I've written short little insane things plus some roleplaying.

I've gotten pretty good at drawing Slimes from various series as doodles in my notes, but other than that I'm not gifted artistically.

Not really, I mostly make up completely out-of-the-blue random facts about characters (he didn't get his breakfast burrito this morning, so he razed that village), and since the game doesn't explore the subject it doesn't contradict it either :D

Not really, I like certain characters but with so many games and series that I play I don't have time to obsess over any.
Boss Battles/Villains
24. Hardest Boss Battle
I don't really know, any number of SaGa Frontier final bosses come to mind.
25. Most Frustrating Boss Battle
Any boss battle involving the boss being able to heal itself. FUCKKKK
26. Most Rewarding Boss Battle
Anything you have to train up a lot for to beat, like most NIS post-game bosses and stuff like that.

That isn't a word! I guess any boss battle where you're fighting someone you've wanted to murder since the game began is fun, in a way.

The last boss in Chrono Cross has like... no music, so it's pretty boring =( especially considering this game's soundtrack being as awesome as it is.

Seconding from krile, GILGAMESH. Plus most games with Motoi Sakuraba doing the music tend to have awesome boss themes, like "Fighting of the Spirit" from ToP/ToS and the boss theme from Valkyrie Profile.

I don't really have a favorite. Luca Blight walking around with hundreds of arrows sticking out of him gets a special mention, however.

I guess Sephiroth, because I never understood what all the fuss was about.

Only when it's a good guy who had to turn bad for whatever reason. Sialeeds in Suikoden V and The Boss in Metal Gear Solid 3 come to mind. Other than that, not usually.

The only ones that do end up on your side in the end anyway, usually. But see above for a couple who fit this description.
36. Most malicious villain?
Kefka from FF6, because he was pretty seething with pure hate (HATE HATE HATE!), plus he ended up doing more damage than most villains can even dream of.

Going with the popular opinion of "pulled out of ass final bosses" ala FF9. FF3 had one too but at least it had boobs.

Most of the supposedly "annoying" perky characters like Yuffie I like. I also like female characters which some hardcore fangirls do not. Oh, and I don't hate Raiden from Metal Gear Solid, but I played the game way after the whole OMG YOU DON'T CONTROL SNAKE???? shocker so that might be why.

None really, at all. Some people obsess over games that I think are just okay or even great, so it's more like I like games that some people like way more than I do XD

"Hate" isn't the word I'd use but I find the stereotypical RPG female leads almost all painfully dull and boring.

No, never. I've stopped playing games for a while either because something else comes along or I just feel like stopping, but it's never because the game is so frustrating that I give up and never try again. I'd never do that with a game I care about.

I have before, when I was younger and I had fad fewer games to play and much more free time. Such as having everyone at level 99 with all magics and best weapons in FF6, and getting EVERYTHINGGGG in FFT. Nippon Ichi games are also tempting to get a perfect file on, but it'd take years D:

I'll probably get carpal tunnel in a few decades, but other than that, only in Mario Party :DDD
