I Should Be Sleeping
These past few weeks have been great.
The trip to visit Nikka in Ft. Lauderdale was fun...went with Pat and we stayed at her friend Steph's house, MTV Crib-type house. We did some shoppin, went out to dinner and I got to meet Nikka's parents. What a great set of folks. Her Dad is really nice and very cool, and her mom was super nice and very expressive with her facial expressions and had the coolest voice/accent. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her parents.
finally got to get a good workout in at the Sheriff's gym with Brian today, must say that my legs are sore as hell. Went over to Brian's later on and we cooked up some deer meat Justin brought over. It was very good...then Jimmy came over and we played a good game of Texas Hold 'em...once we finally got through with cards, we decided to go Shining. WE picked up William Bunch with his rifle and me, Jimmy, and Brian were in the front car and Justin and William in the truck in back...we spotted a good 7 deer. about 5 were doe youngins and the other two were good sized does but they either ran off or Justin and Will couldnt see them as they drove past. Over the 2 hours that we didn't get anything, it was still fun nonetheless, talkin bout old times or just sharing random stories. I thereafter ended my night with a long phone convo with Nikka which was nice. Anyways, I think that about sums up this post...take it easy my friends!
