Filling the TK

So, I entered a contest on Trazzler.com, a site that I think has an interesting approach to travel writing (they publish short, flowery blurbs on specific things to do, rather than try to capture a whole sightseeing/eating/nightlife/local flavor of an entire city at once). The theme of the contest was "urban oasis," so, of course, I wrote about Governor's Island.

I advanced to the semifinal round last night. Woo! Now my blurb is out in the world, and it needs people to "wishlist" it to get me into the finals. The top ten trips are the ones that get in the money.

If you would like to help me in this endeavor, I would greatly appreciate it! Here's all you have to do.

1) Sign in at Trazzler.com. They're synched with Facebook, so if you have a Facebook account, you already have a Trazzler account. Just sign into Facebook first before you go to Trazzler.com, and then hit "Connect with Facebook." If you don't have a Facebook account, you can still sign up for Trazzler.com.

2) Visit my little trip write-up.

3) Click the big, green button that says "add to wishlist."

The good news is that you can only vote once, so I won't bug you to vote every day. If you do this, I'll be your bestest friend forever. Fine, that's not really an incentive, is it? I also offer my sincere promise that if you ever need me to vote for you in any online contest, I'll return the favor!
