Why not have two checking accounts, the one you already have so you dont have to re-set accounts, etc., and, open a new one w/schwab and see how it goes.....sort of like a forced savings account for a while, then maybe you would want to switch over full time little by little....

I've never used an online CHECKING account, but I do love the ING Orange savings account. If you want to start one, I can send you a link to get you a free $25 when you open it. You can't write checks from it so I have a regular checking account, but you connect the two accounts electronically and then transfer the funds back and forth whenever (takes a couple of days). It's pretty cool.
