So I've been running, 4 times in the last 8 days (Fri, Mon, Wed, Fri). Yay! Longest was 4.5 on Wednesday, fastest (per mile) was 2.5 today (12:00 and 11:45). However, the back of my right leg, the outside back, hurts when I run. Not sharp pain, or even lots of pain, but noticeable when I run. I don't want to run 5-6 miles on Monday (like I was planning) if I need to rest the muscle, but I don't know what's wrong. I googled for pulled hamstring, and it doesn't sound like it. It doesn't hurt when I walk (except this morning when I walked from the car to my running spot!), it doesn't seem swollen or bruised...anyone got any ideas?
In other news, I am frantically getting ready for company for dinner tonight; company after dinner tonight and for the weekend; and the boys' birthday party on Sunday. Have to go shopping. Left too much to the last minute, but at least I didn't spend weeks working on it in March.
weather is beautiful! Go Outside if you are reading this! ;-) (If you aren't near DC, pretend the weather is good!)
Oh, one last thing -- my pedometer battery is dead :-( have to find another one, but I don't have time.
