I think there's the art of it. You can get "OMG CUTE SWEATERS" and "EWWW... dead sparrows" all at once. The reaction it provokes makes it certainly classifiable as art.

that's what Lem was talking about when we were discussing this last night. Anything that can create a response in any direction then there is some art merit in it. The best thing is that you can still have both reactions at once. That's the true beauty of it I think.

It combines elements that appear contradictory, cute and macabre. Its absurd and nonsensical and could be seen as disturbing and could be seen as an act of love and I love it!

why not? we kill minks for fur. We kill cows for shoes and food. We kill rats and rabbits for tests. What's the difference?
