Today is a day of bliss.
It's relatively cool and actually raining (oh, we need this so badly. Keep falling, you pretty, wonderful rain, you).
I've finally gotten some sleep after pulling another deadline-meeting allnighter night before last. Really, really, I mean it this time, must work on time management skills.
I don't have any other projects right now, so can be free to lazily appreciate the very bestest part of slidellra's all-good, no-bad day:
A couple of weeks back I was A Very Bad Girl and combined alcohol, the internet, and my credit card. And, today, lo and behold! i have copies of Flower & Garnet, Getting Married in Buffalo Jump, Now & Forever, and H2O. Really, have no idea why those four specifically, except for *ahem* the obvious, but it was a lovely thing for drunk me to do for sober me.
The pure kickassedness of my day has allowed me to be generous and let my dog live, after he decided to greet the day by jumping on my laptop and snapped the caps lock key clean off. He was not chastened by my shrieks and lectures about respecting the computer, and now he has joined the other little demon in growling in what I'm sure they think is a very intimidating way at the Getting Married in Buffalo Jump menu (has dogs barking on sound loop).
Next I'm going to receive a strip-o-gram bearing ice cream It would fit with the general theme.
