Pretty good. A little tiring but nothing too stressful. About "nap" tiring, but still good. :)

awwww. . . the ol' nap. . . how i remember thee. . . still a nap can definately be more worthwhile in some ways. . .:-P

Yeah. Particularly power naps! They are awesome!!! I think if you go more then an hour or so they tend to tire you out more. It's a fine balance.
