children of men

phillip and i saw Children of Men on Wednesday. i liked it, he hated it. what creeped me out about it was that it's a movie "set in the future", but the future is only 20 years away. and what happened in the film could totally happen in the very near future. totally creepy.

did anyone else see it? what are your thoughts?

i saw it. both brian and i loved it. brian hated the whole ilegal immigrant topic being brought into it. i thought it was a little annoying but it was an interesting thing to ad to the equation.
i love any movie that can bring marijuana into it respectfully haha. and i love michael caine.
it did freak me out a little bit...i would have loved to have seen tho how the end would have turned out, especially with the girl being black and poor. i think it's based on a abook...i want to read it.

i just saw the trailer after reading the post. tonight we are going to see pans labrynth. if i can sneak out to the movies sometime during the week we will go see children of men. looks good.
