OH. MY. GOODNESS.
That has got to be the best movie I have EVER SEEN!!!
I mean, yeah The Matrix is unbelievable and amazing and unlike any other...
...but Reloaded just took it above and beyond!
It was much funnier ~ wasn't expecting to laugh that much.
It was MUCH more sensual ~ I mean, WOW!
And it had MUCH, MUCH greater action and fight sequences!!!
AHHHHHHHHH!!! I still can't believe I've seen it!
There were the five biggest auditoriums in the theatre showing the movie tonight ~ all five sold out.
I got there 2 hours early ~ the line had extended to the end of the parking lot from the front door. (And the parking lot at a 30 theatre movieplex is NOT small)
Everyone was so into it ~ it was way cool. People were clapping and cheering at certain parts. Laughing together at the jokes... and then cheering them for their being made.
And I only saw (thank goodness) two individuals who looked like they dressed up to go there tonight. Ya know, some people just aren't meant to wear vinyl? Trinity's catsuit should really just stay on Trinity ~ keep it on the big screen, folks.
It was a great plot, complete like in the first movie, yet different from the first movie ~ it's a whole new ballgame here ~ a new direction. I already can't wait for the third one. Can't wait to rewatch this one either. There's some scenes I definitely need to see again ~ too much to comprehend in just one sitting. They didn't show nearly enough preview of Revolutions at the end of the movie though. :(
And OH MY WORD that is the absolute LONGEST list of credits I have seen in my ENTIRE LIFE!! They couldn't even run the names "single file" ~ they had to put like 3 on each line and it still took like 20 minutes. Sheesh! I'm so happy I got to see it though! And with someone else who was as into it as I was! :)
