I think the fact alone that you despise the school you go to is well enough proper reason to be allowed to go back to Riverview. Also considering that your girlfriend lives up here along with your best friends should also mean that you'd be much happier at Riverview.
You can counter the argument against you in that you "work better" at North Port High School instead of RHS by this:
The reasons your grades have improved while at North Port are only because you have worked your hardest to gain back the respect of your parents, not to mention display your own physical and emotional motivation to being allowed to go back to Riverview.
It's proven fact - those who carry a passion in life, a motivation, will succeed.
Those who don't ... Fail.
So, if that motivation is blocked (say they were to not allow you to go back to RHS senior year) you would then no longer carry any more physical drive or motivation to work in school because that door to RHS is now closed.
No motivation. No succession.
Not only because you hate the school you're in, but because you're spending the greatest year of high school with none of those you care about most.
And because that motivation is lost, grades fall.
You no longer do well in North Port, and the only possible alternative is to go to RHS.
Tell them this, or something like it, and I'm sure they'd at the very least understand your (my) reasoning. But this alone will not win them over. Prove to them that you want to go back to RHS by bringing up your grades. And for God's sake, if they let you come back - keep them up.
Don't talk back to them. Listen to their every word. Do every chore they assign.
