i'm at my parents house.
It's weird. My mom, sister and sister's boyfriend are watching basketball and eating dinner.
We never watch sports on tv. but its odd seeing that. They are saying there is nothing else on. I guess this is only weird to me..
Today was absurd. My sister and I really needed some coffee(another strange thing, this past week i have developed a slight friendship with coffee. I used to hate coffee with all of my cells.. but now.. Meghan, i can now drink coffee with you at denny's!) so we drove to colfax to find some. Buzz thru joes was closed. camp 20 was closed. we just said no to starbucks. Drove down the hill to auburn. Sierra mountain coffee was closed, flour garden was closed, but they are way too expensive. So basically all we were left with was the starbucks on elm in auburn.
So we go in. I got a mocha. Linds got some strange soy latte combo whatever. I don't understand their menu, and their coffee sucks. I had a small double shot mocha and i could barely taste the espresso. Of course i saw 7 (im not joking 7 people from highschool, or six and one teacher, for reals man) different people i knew in starbucks, and they all said something along the lines of wow katie your the last person i would think to see in here, you have finally gone corporate (chortle or some other stupid chuckle).
Last night was really rad though. Lisa (i like her..)and I went to the club with my upstairs neighbor, danced a lot. There was almost a big fight on the dance floor. Two bling-bling stlye girls were yelling really awful things at the other and therir friends were holding them back. security carried them out.
After it closed lisa and i skated around downtown sacramento. So proud of myself, i was sure i was going to fall and kill myself. I'm really terrible at skateboarding, but it is fun to do.
