I wouldn't have called myself a Genealogy enthusiast, up to this point. In recent years, I've been utterly curious about where I, well my ancestors, came from since the family I'm in touch with are so tight-lipped when it comes to family or their history. It may be that they just have no idea, but that in itself is a problem. Anyhow, in my curiosity, I have discovered bits and pieces of what I could to try to find out a little more abouy family and about myself. My discoveries have been fruitful, at least to the point that I now know a little bit more then the NOTHING I had known before that. It feel good, exciting, to take the time and investigate trails that lead up to your birth.
It was a few years ago I had done my ancestry digging, and it was all with the convenience of the internet. I haven't done any other information collecting since. I do realize my inexperience although, and I do intend to study a lot more to gain experience on research and drafting techniques. I intend to stay with this for the long-haul. I also feel it may become my duty to see this as far as it can go since noone in my family, that I know of, has any interest.
