Why have I never heard the word 'wanderlust' before? I've tried before to think of a word to describe my strong urges to just pack up and travel for a long distance or long periods of time (I still have yet to get out and do such a thing)... 'wanderlust' describes this completely.
I discovered it when coming across YouGuysAreStupid.com, which is basically a few guys that hiked a few thousand miles, and turned it into a charity for the American Cancer Society... cheers guys! This was 3-4 years ago.
Anyhow, I constantly come across the urge to just pack up and leave. Not take a trip. DEFINITELY not go visit family. Just ...walk, anywhere, for a long time. Maybe I should start my own site to rip off YouGuysAreStupid.com, naming it SliceIsSoStupidBecauseHeJustWantsToWalkWithoutAnyRealPurpose.com. After many, many years of having this dream, I am really starting to believe I'll never actually accomplish it, but I'd still really like to.
