San Francisco
Ahoy there all! Once again I am writing on the same day, just minutes after I had written my first entry ever. Well yesterday (Saturday February 28th) a number of Spanish Springs High School drama kids took a charter bus to San Francisco for the day, it was about a four hour drive to get their and the same coming back. The main reason we went, was to see the broadway musical The Lion King. It was sensational! The costumes and technology used in the musical were astonishing. The acting was great, a lot better than I had anticipated, for I have never witnessed a show of this caliber before. The dancing was extravagant and perfect. Now, the singing was a different story, it was fantabolious, (I had to create a word to describe it. It was amazing. The lady who played rafiki, was extraordinary. Besides the play, everything else about the venture was great. For lunch we went to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. I had some Mahi Mahi, yet again it was great.
