0. its so beautiful here. i've heard it said about a few major cities that their inhabitants enjoy the nitty-gritty feel of the town. that even with the bad, the attitude of the population turns that around. kc though is just gritty. its down right disgusting. but its nothing a fresh coat of snow can cover up.
