Oh what a day it's been. So bad I'm not even upset anymore, just looking back on it in a sort of dazed bewilderment. I'm developing some rather uncomplimentary opinions about attorneys and their time management skills. Or maybe I just didn't realize that "I need comments in X days" sounds to attorneys like "I need comments in [X + 5] days." And it seems that my enter key is no longer working. Yup, about par for the course, today. On a more amusing note, I've apparently done a bang-up job on Pavlovian conditioning with the cats: the sound of me switching off the light beside the computer brings them running. Why? Because I turn off the light at the end of my writing for the evening, which usually coincides with bedtime. What else coincides with bedtime? Feeding the cats.
