Diet

My diet is back on track. I lost a stone before Christmas but put it all back on over the three week stay with my mum... it's my fault for not being firm enough when I said that diet coke and normal meals would be good. Instead I was on full fat coke, Doritoes and Pringles, chashews and peanuts, Quality Streets and Lindt chocs, and bacon/sausages/etc for meals. We also hit the chippy for the largest donner meat and chips I've ever seen and had several meals at the local pub.

Suffice to say there wasn't a moment over those three weeks when I didn't feel full to the brim and slightly sick.

Not good though, I'm back to square one, litterally. Still, such is the way of things.
