Ch-ch-ch-changes!
I started at a new store in the loop yesterday. Working downtown is quite odd, but fun. It definitely has it's perks, but I'm not quite loving it yet after day 2. I do love that I'm done by 7 and can actually talk and see people socially after work. Last night I met up with Atul and his roommate John at Smoke Daddy in Wicker Park to watch Isaac and Nick play. The show was great, and with all the people there, it was a lot more fun than last week. The real amazing thing was I drank beer. And not just a little beer. I drank 2 entire beers by myself! The gateway beer was a Blue Moon on tap. Later, I drank a bottle of Pabst Blue Ribbon. Maybe I only get along with blue beers. Either way, I enjoyed to socialness of the night, even if I didn't get home until a quarter to 2 on a work night. It was worth it. I do wish I had my camera with me, however, that would have been not possible coming from work without having a locker yet. Next time.
