(no subject)
went to work today at 10. still had no voice. it stinks having no voice! i wanna talk so bad! everyone keeps shushing me. grr. yesterday I went to work and they sent me home and i just sat around and did nothing. it was boring. although Arri came over so i had to avoid being in the same room as him and kevin so I didn't make them sick. that was annoying.
ok so saturday at work was annoying. then i came home and hung out here. then after church leslie called me to see if i was still gonna go see stars. i was like dude yeah! so Lawonna came over, then Leslie came over and Nate was the last one to get here. So as we were leaving Kevin came over with Frank, Matt, Rachel, and Sarah. We left soon after they got here. We went out to Pleasants valley road and found a spot but there was a bull that we woke up and we didn't want to make it mad. It got up and was staring at us. That's cowtown for ya haha! so we found a safer, darker spot down the road and set up blankets and looked at the stars for hours. it was fun. it was refreshing. i wish it was summer so it was warmer out, but oh well. it was really cold but so fun. we talked about everything and left around midnight thirty.
then sunday, went to church and went home. sunday afternoon me and my mom went shopping and I went to go look for the boombox/docking thing for my ipod nano. we saw sara and chris at target. they have it at target for like 68 bucks. dude that's good. i saw it at staples for 99.99. we went to staples on sunday and my friend tommy wasn't there(he works there), i was like sure, the one time i actually go to staples your not there. haha. but it was so weird. my mom and i noticed something at Staples. Every guy that worked there reminded us in some way of Tommy. It was creepy. Tommy's not creepy, he's cool, just the fact that they all reminded us of him was creepy. I literally heard one of the guys talking and turned around to see if it was Tommy. My mom was like you can tell there's a certain type of person the manager hires.
Oh they didn't have the ipod thing at Target, so I have to go back and check soon. I want to get the hot pink one. :) Uhmm... what else. I went into work today, and had to talk to customers all day. We closed at 2 because of inventory. customers were like what's going on? Do they not read the sign POSTED CLEARLY ON THE DOOR?? store is closing at 2pm, tuesday jan 9th for inventory.
so tomorrow is work from 12-5, then thurs and fri off and work sat from 12-5. then back to the temp agency because corporate dramatically cut everyone's hours. sucks. anyways, off the computer now. gonna make beth's card so i can send her scarf and then make cousins birthday cards yay!
no playing drums for me tonight still sick. blehh... i need to have a day to completely rest my voice or it will never get better. :/
