adaptation
it's funny how i can get used to something without realizing it.
it wasn't too long ago that i had gotten so used to being on my own that i had a tough time sharing my life and my time with someone.
sharing the house took some getting used to too but eventually we developed a steady pattern.
now that he's back home taking care of his dad, i'm finding it hard to find ways to occupy myself. to not be overly dependent.
