I HATE CHASE!!!!!!!
I am OUTRAGED!!! I HATE HATE chase bank!!!!! I have a credit card account w/ them.. i have had it for like 3 years now.. it was alright until 20 minutes ago.. My father informed me that chase has called twice now in one week.. so i thought Hmmmmm... they must be trying to sell me something.. UM NO! thank god i got the instinct to call them.. so i get my chase bill to find the number.. and then i realize that I was charged a LAte fee.. A LATE FEE~!!!!! I have never been late once! and i always pay by phone.. i like phone because if needed u can keep track of phone calls and bank accounts.. (when u pay u get it deducted from whatever account .. u know the deal. Anyway, so i see this hideous late fee.. so i call them and tell them that there must be some mistake, because i always pay my bills.. and i always do it by phone.. and then she tells me that she doesnt see my payment and she doesnt see that i ever called~ Now i know i called b/c i was down in New Orleans.. and i was Neurotic that i had to pay the bill.. and i remember calling on my cell phone paying.. so i told her yes i did pay.. i have it on my phone bill that i called chase.. and i said trust me if i did forget to pay the bill which i didnt i wouldnt have waited 24 days to pay it.. especially since i only owed $14.00.. so i asked her if she could PLEase wave the fee~ and she told me NO! do u fucking believe this??? she told me no!!! so i said listen this is not my fault the computer has malfunctioned.. as u can see i always pay my bills.. and the hick told me there was nothing she could do now.. and to call the same number tomorrow at the same time.. SLUT!!!!!!!!
Well im telling you tomorrow im making the Judge call tomorrow and giving those assholes Hell! and then he is gonna tell them to go shove it!! Ok maybe not.. haha but he is gonna tell them to cancel the card! Ha! u give i to them Faja!!!! Bastards!
P.S. I skiped art class today... Pshhhh! u must think im crazy if u thought i was going to step foot in that nasty cold ass snow!!!
