Enrique Iglesias
Yesterday I spiked up my hair more than usual, it's getting rather long. I was at work and went to a coworkers desk to see her engagement ring, it was huge! She's a mormon blond girl who's engaged to this Mexican dude who served a mission in Brazil. She has been my mentor at work and is the #1 counselor at International (guess who's #2?).
I was walking to my desk when some girl stopped me and asked me:
"Has anybody told you you look like the guy that sings << I want to be your hero... >>"?
- "Who?"
"Guys, what's the name of the guy" she asked two of her coworkers (two latin guys).
- "Oh... Enrique Iglesias" I asked.
"Yes, that's him".
- "I do NOT look like him!".
"Doesn't he look like him?" she asked the latin guys. One of them nodded "Yes".
"Well, it's a compliment, you are very good looking".
I was going to ask the cute guy what he thought, but that would be so inappropriate. The timing for the topic couldn't have been better, tomorrow Daniel and I are going to see "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" with Enrique Iglesias (and Johnny Depp, Salma Hayek and Antonio Banderas).
Daniel and I had our first fight, not that we are dating but we should looked like we were.
We went to Pookie's to eat dinner. I asked the waiter to light our candle and almost as soon as he left he blew it off. I was "pissed" and Daniel thought I was, especially when I called him "jerk" then he said I didn't have to talk to him if I didn't want to.
We ate in a very uncomfortable silent.
Then I asked "Is it good!" (pointing at his cheeseburger), then he smiled like saying "We are so stupid!". I wanted to stay for karaoke for a little while and Daniel just stayed outside to smoke. Then I grabbed two magazines and started reading them.
"You ready?" I asked him.
- "In a little bit" he replied.
I went to the bathroom and when I came back he was in the car and two guys talking to him. I got in and he showed me this invitation to a pool party. The invitation has a bare ass of a guy showing his balls.
He asked me later if I got jealous by looking at those guys talking to him. But he got disappointed when I said "No".
