good day
today was a good (but very long day)
After goign to sleep at around 6am (as predicted) i woke up at 9:45 and headed of to EL to help out with hollywood videos charity program at the boys and girls club of lansing. We, leilani and I rounded up all of the candy, popcorn and soda donations from the past year from 4 differint hollywoods in the area and headed over. We got to the palce expecting to have way too much of everything... we thought there woudl be only 60 or so kids. try 300! one of them asked if he coudl have some of the candy and leilani said help yoruself. It was REDICULOUS! like a swarm of ants! or like a zebras on a gezzell carcous! Finaly one of the leaders got them all in order and in the gym so leilani and i could get the popcorn poped, soda poured, and the candy divvied out. It was so great to see the kids (ages 7-12) enjoying themselves as much as they were. THey were so thrilled that people would just give them candy and entertaiment! I miss helping people. Im excited to start back up at beekman in the fall....
So, from the boys and girls club (where i had to abadon leilani at 3) i went over to splash of color to get my earing put back in. It bled, but now its back so im happy
From splash it was off to twykiingham apts to get an application. Its $640/mo everythign but electricity included for a two bedroom apt. Its looking pretty promisng... leilani is thinking that maybe she will be able to move in wiht me, hopefully my parents will go for the idea too...
From twykingham i hauled ass to the highland lakes campus of OCC. I got there aobut 10 minitus before class. I spent the entire 3 hours in some sort of haze... dont realy know if i prosessed anythign.
Now, its almost 10pm and im home again. time for dinner... a little Down Fall, and then just hanging around.
