Habibi update
So Habibi has recently figured out how to climb onto the couch by himself. I learned the full impact of this on Monday morning when I got out of the shower and came into the living room to see him sitting happily on the couch playing with a bottle of Bailey's he had snagged off the kitchen counter. So proud of himself. We have since reorganized the kitchen so that the alluring bottles are on the other side. Of course, he may now develop a fascination with the KitchenAid mixer. But hey, then he can make me some cookies!
In an effort to teach the boy to use furniture appropriately, we now spend a lot of time saying "sit on your bottom," and apparently his daddy says it most, because last night I asked Habibi to show me his bottom and he pointed at Chris!
