Typed up one of my favorite (and easiest!) recipes for a food post in twatlight, thought might as well post it here too.
Super Easy Truffles
200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
200ml double cream
cocoa powder
1. Break chocolate into chunks and place in a bowl.
2. Heat the cream until boiling, then pour over the chocolate and stir slowly until it becomes a smooth mixture.
3. Chill for 3 hours in the fridge or 30 minutes in the freezer.
4. Dust your hand with cocoa, then roll teaspoon-sized amounts of the chocolate mixture into balls and drop them into the cocoa.
5. Sieve off any excess cocoa.
6. Omnomnomnom.
7. Keep them in the fridge up to 3 days, if they survive that long :)
