an okay day just got really crappy
so i get my SAR (for all of you out there who don't know, that's a Student Aid Report from the bastards commonly known as FAFSA) today.
and guess how much money my parents are expected to contribute to my college education next year?
$18, 956.00
almost $19,000 dollars. that is (and excuse my language, please) FUCKING RIDICULOUS.
my parents figured that they could afford to contribute around 6,000 dollars a year. ummm how did they add 13,000 on to that figure??
i think i should either a) shoot myself or b) just go to pierce and be done with it.
if my entire family gave up eating for a year, maybe i could go to college. or maybe if we became homeless or something...
(not to be suicidal but) option A is looking pretty tempting right now.
