Ack help!

Does anyone have any really super great ideas for a gift to make someone happy? I've been thinking and thinking and thinking all night and nothing has been good yet!

Maybe if someone gives me an idea I can think of a terrific gift to do! Although I can't really give the person the gift, because no one is allowed to see him right now, well at least I'm not.

Please please please tell me someone has some good ideas for awesome spectacular presents!
