Things I don't understand:
-how people without jobs or with crappy jobs have new cars
-how people with crappy jobs or a spouse in school have cars and houses
-why I can't find the money tree... or at least sucker someone into cohabitating (ok, I understand that one)
-why all i can think about is item #3
Moving on... MOVING/MOVE is/are funny word(s) when typed enough (which I seemed to have done in the last few days).
Jeremy told me that on my last day I should yell "fuck you..." and then "I got glasses!" since I seem to be invisible here. ha.
Even though we aren't this progressive, things I would mention in an exit interview include:
-i am bored out of my fucking mind
-you might want to try saying hi to your subordinates at least once every other day
-in an effort to increase awareness, everyone should have to work in this shitty, dark, cold office for at least a week. here, I have drafted a rotating schedule.
-don't tell people they are getting a promotion before getting approval. it leads to disappointment and more angst. also, do not ask your candidate for said position their opinion on what the salary should be... it just isn't normal/practical/fair
-how about some damn staff meetings?
ok, this day is dragging.
