Has it really been 12 weeks already?
Another class, another project...
This time I had to create a piece for my Sampling and Audio Production class. I don't like it as much as the project I did for my Desktop Music Production class, but I am proud of the work I put into it. For this piece, I had to create my own instruments in Reason. In order to do that, I had to take samples, alter them, and load them into synthesizers so that I had new instruments to play with. Unfortunately, I spent so much time focused on building the synthesizers that I think the song structure suffered a bit in my rush to finish it.
...Although, I'm beginning to think that I could have a future in video games with the way these songs keep ending up. LOL
Man, it's hard to believe this quarter is coming to a close already. I feel like time is racing by me...Monday is the start of my Pro-Tools 101 course. The last class! The last two years have just blown by...
