so i've been trying to exercise a few days a week when i get home from work to help me lose weight, get more energy, and hopefully cure some of the blues. but instead everytime i do it i'm so awake that when it's bed time i can't fall asleep and i just stay up thinking about stupid shit. then i just become more angry/miserable. i came home from work EXHAUSTED and worked out right away and now i'm totally wired. i'll be lucky if i can fall asleep before midnight.
