hi, this might seem stupid but I am very very serious.
Can blind people "see" pictures?
are there pictures that are like brail pictures, not really dots but more like raised lines that outline pictures and colour indicators?
I was wondering if blind people could draw a picture. Is this possible for them, I understand that they could use a pencil and draw, but how would they know where the lines are that they have drawn? could they draw lines on a etch-a-stetch type machine where the lines drawn are raised so they can feel them.
I was thinking that metal pieces could be attracted to the surface of a screen as a magnetic pencil was drawn over the surface of the screen, causing the metal pieces to be raised to the surface, and therefore you could feel the lines.
That is all for now, I need to find out if there is something done about this already.
