Remember how a few years ago, the government told us that it had captured a U.S. citizen who was planning to detonate a radioactive "dirty bomb" in an American city? Remember we were told that he had to be locked away as an enemy combatant for the sake of "national security"? Umm, nevermind. Seems he can be tried in criminal court after all.
