Yesterday my Nan passed away at 12.45pm (ish).
She'd collapsed at home about a 3 weeks before. She went to the hospital and was diagnosed with a chest infection and some kidney issues. She was in intensive care for a few days then release onto the ward as she seemed to be OK. Then after the weekend I went to visit she was put back into intensive care where again she seemed to start to get better and they were talking about operations and such...then it all went wrong.
So here's to you Nan! You Were an amazing and wonderful woman and I'm going to miss you and all the kisses and cuddles I used to get! Love from Your Bug. xxx
