I suck at layouts. I have found a banner I adore, but need help doing a layout for one of my roleplay journals army_brat_lane. She's a new muse, trying her out, but omg I want a smexy layout.

Anyone? I'll do anything you want. Hell, I'll buy you 2 months of a paid acct as thanks :P

Though I know this sounds dumb - I cannot work out how to put a banner in. But, I think it actually works like that. Looks great :D

Not dumb at all. To add a banner hit ctrl+f to pull up the search function after you've opened the CSS again, that way the search it directed at that page. Now just type in .headerimage.

It'll look like this:

.headerimage {
/* for formatting header image */

}

Now simply highlight and replace the /* text */ with the code below:

background: #000000 url(http://www.your-header-image.jpg) no-repeat top center;
padding-top:300px;

Replace the http:// with your own to the banner and then change the numbers after padding-top: to fit your banner's height.
