Lightening strike number 4
That's right folks, number 4 this year!!!!
It's not so bad unless you know that all four occured this year. The first one screwed the brand new phone, and the last three have happened in the last two months.
The first two of those three thoroughly buggered our phone lines and the most recent one (yesterday morning) zapped our modem.
To borrow a line from Anita Blake, VH: Yippy skippy.
Onwards and upwards. . . I went to see Collateral today. The non-Tom Cruise guy (isn't it terrible? I can't remember is name... Jamie something, I think... or maybe not.) was good and I enjoyed the whole thing, except at the end I wanted more. I wanted to know what happened to the cab driver with the police. I mean, obviously I can speculate, like Max (cab driver) told his story to the cops and in exchange for immunity for all the things the cops are probably itching to charge him with, he testifies against that Felix dude. But this is just speculation - I would have liked to know. I like rounded off films - no dangling, loose ends... LOL.
The exceptions to this are: The Usual Suspects (that was amazing!)and... I'm sure there are more... I just can't think of them....
