Phoebe had a stack of inventory lists that she needed to get into her computer system so that she could order new stock for The Crystal Fox

Cole walked in from the backyard, Peri (he was pretty sure it was Peri) in his arms. "Look what I found," he said, bouncing the giggling baby against his shoulder.
"Phoebe?" Sam had been out in the front yard when he felt her panic, and hurried through the living room -- not at a full run, not wanting to accidentally trip on a runaway baby. (He'd come close to that on a couple of occasions, but shh.) "What's going on?"
"All right," Cole said, trying not to panic, which was hard when he was feeling Phoebe's panic. "She's gotta be around here somewhere. Peri just popped into my arms. I think she wanted attention and shimmered or teleported somehow."
"They were with me in the library," Phoebe stammered out, her panic not easing up. "I looked away to enter two items in the inventory logs and they were gone."
Phoebe was almost in tears as she was telling Cole and Anders what happened.
That would be when there was a giggle and Thea appeared on the floor by their feet.
". . . and they're back," Sam said intelligently, crouching down to scoop Thea up. "Where've you been, kiddo? You know you're not supposed to be out on the Pyramid court without padding, and they don't make it in your size yet."
"Well, that'll make life interesting for the next eighteen years or so," Sam remarked dryly, settling into an armchair with a still thoroughly unrepentant Thea in his lap.
Cole rolled his eyes. "Would you rather I claim it was obviously shimmering?" he said. And here he'd been trying to be magnanimous and not do a happy dance of "hooray, they're mine!" because it didn't matter anyway, the girls were a part of all three of them.
"We need to magically lojack them somehow," he went on. "Or there will be many many moments of panic in the future."
"We have them on each other," Phoebe pointed out stubbornly. "Why would it be wrong for me and Piper and Paige to come up with a locater for the twins, too?"
Phoebe was wearing the look that both men should recognize as determination and Halliwell stubbornness.
"Were you thinking ankle bracelets or something?" Cole snorted. He glanced at Phoebe. "What about binding their powers?" he said. He was reluctant to suggest that because it was just unnatural, but he didn't want the girls to accidentally hurt themselves or anyone else.

Phoebe, on the other hand, dropped down onto the couch. "So... they can teleport..."

As far as he knew. The only person in his world who could spontaneously disappear was Kara, and he didn't know that yet anyway.
"And we're not fitting the girls with a GPS system," he added. "They're not cars, for the love of gods."

Someone had been spending a little too much time shopping online for one for his bike lately. The dork.
He tickled Thea's tummy. "You girls gonna be okay with that? 'cause it's not nice to give us and your mom heart attacks, y'know."
