Honestly, I would give Jeff a great big hug, if I were there to do so. You totally need this, though I know it was a difficult thing to do! You have so much to give, and you really do need to be giving it to your family...husband and kids. It's not just you have been missing out on them, it's them who have been missing out on you! Now take all of that creative (newly aquired sleep) energy and blast it in their direction!!! I believe in you...and in your hubby, who is helping you to make wise choices/making them for you. Either way :-)
