I didn't even get photos of my clogged-up storm drain outside or the trail of muddy water running through my apartment because of that. I did, however, get photos of what, had I not been there to catch the initial problem, could have cost me thousands of dollars in destroyed stuff.

I don't know if you can see it, but there's chunks of toilet paper coming up, and the water is more than ankle deep.
The maintenance guy was desperately sweeping water out into the garage (which was also busy flooding) in a desperate attempt to keep my place from flooding out.

The Roto-Rooter people finally showed up and are hopefully fixing the source of the problem, but... Eww eww eww eww eww. Oh god, eww.
