After going in rounds with the receptionists at my old doc's office, I've decided to swap doctors. I'd wanted to continue seeing this doctor because I'd been using him, or his NP for the past few years, so therefore they know my history. However, I've also gone in rounds with his receptionists about appointments and/or the billing department about insurance for the past few years. Usually, it was just minor stuff, but I was tired of it. So, for the first time since I first started seeing my doc, and when he was in the same office as the one I called, I finally made an appointment on the first try *and* within a reasonable amount of time. I couldn't believe it. So, hopefully within the next few weeks, I'll know what's going on, and hopefully get things straightened out. Yay!
