Sunday update

I started last week with a genuine effort to get this weight off. So, here's the weekly update.

1/27/08 stats
205.4 lbs
Waist - 41.5"
Hips - 47"
Neck - 16"
BP: Forgot to check

2/3/08 stats
205.8 lbs (boo!)
Waist - 38"
Hips - 44"
Neck - 15"
BP: 128/ 84 (whoohoo does that need to come down a bit)

A while back I wrote that I would like to run a marathon by the time I'm 30, that 24 may not be possible, but 25 definately is. Last night, while I was on the treadmill, I decided why isn't 24 possible? That's a full 8 months. I'll make the definative call in May, but I really do think I can do this. I don't mean a 26.2. I don't even mean a 13. I'm simply thinking 5k. That's totally doable.

Also while on the treadmill last night, I realized that I have 200 denial. I decided going red is going to be one of my "rewards." I originally decided 150. Then I realized that's 50 lbs away. The first time I made an earnest effort was when I was 186. For some reason, my mind still functions at that range of thinking.

Here's a trend.... haha. I also realized on the treadmill last night just how obsessive I can be about things. I'm pretty sure I'm not OCD, but there are just so many things I can't seem to do in moderation. Eating, video games, over scrutinize calories(although perhaps not often enough...), etc. I think I'm going to have to watch for a new one. That's my buddy treadmill. Granted, I had a reason why I did two sessions yesterday--I missed Friday. But, I think I am going to have to watch my sessions/length after a while to make sure I'm not doing more than what I should. But uh yeah. It's time for a date with my treadmill as we speak, so yeah.
